HOUSE RULES & INFORMATION
1. No pets allowed in house.
2. No smoking in house.
3. Please don't eat or drink in bedroom.
4. No parties or events allowed.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed to stay overnight.
6. Make sure to turn off all electronics when you leave.
7. If you open sliding door and use screens for extended time for fresh air, please turn off A/C
8. Please do not turn air conditioner lower than 68.
9. Do not flush any feminine products down the toilet.
10. Do not place any HOT plates or pans on counter top. Use the provided oven hot holders.
11. Please turn off all lights when leaving.
12. Please turn off all EXTERIOR fans. Upper and lower patio area.
13. Do NOT use inside fireplace.
14. Please wash sand off downstairs and keep all sand buckets/toys on lower patio.
15. There is enough parking for at least 5 vehicles
16. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 7 AM
17. Trash is picked up on Wednesday and Saturday. Please put can on OTHER side of road the NIGHT BEFORE.
18. When turn on TV's, please give a minute for with WIFI to connect to it.
19. Youtube TV is provided.
GRILLING
A gas grill is provided below. Its very simple and will surprise you on how well you will enjoy it.
Please make sure grill is turned off after use.
FIRE PIT & OVERHEAD HEATERS
LOWER LEVEL GAS FIREPIT:
Propane bottle is inside the pit. Please make sure you cut it off when you get done with use.
OVERHEAD HEATERS:
Overhead heaters are turned on by timer control on the piling (close to bar area).
BOAT DOCK
With this rental you are allowed to pull your boat up to the dock and tie it off in the water.
The boat lift, any boat or any jet skis on lift are NOT included with rental of house.
